Speak From The Start is a collection of five cover songs Twelfth Day were inspired to create after being asked to cover Morrissey's You're The One For Me Fatty for BBC Radio Manchester's 40th birthday celebrations. They enjoyed the process of reworking a track so different to their own style so much, that they decided to give the same treatment to four more tracks, and the finished EP includes Twelfth Day's version of songs by Passion Pit, Blondie, Kanye West and Twin Atlantic as well as the Morrissey classic.
